Amazon FBA Prep & Inspection in China
Eliminate barcode mismatches, packaging errors, and Amazon carton rejections in China at 1/5th the labor cost before cargo boards overseas vessels.
CN Linfon operates dedicated FBA prep facilities in Ningbo and Yiwu. We print and apply FNSKU thermal barcodes, package items in compliant 2 mil polybags with suffocation warnings, enforce Amazon's strict 50 lb (22.6 kg) carton limit, and build ISPM-15 compliant pallets for direct FC appointment check-in.
China-Side Fulfillment Prep Workflow
Prevent costly Amazon FC inbound non-compliance fees ($0.25 to $1.25 per unit) with strict origin-side quality gates.
FNSKU Item Thermal Labeling
Thermal print individual FNSKU barcodes, cover original manufacturer UPC/EAN barcodes entirely, and test 100% scannability with handheld 2D industrial barcode scanners.
Polybagging & Suffocation Warnings
For bags with openings > 5 inches, we provide compliant transparent polyethylene bags (minimum 1.5 mil thickness) with printed multi-language suffocation warnings.
Bundling & "Sold as Set"
Kitting multiple components into unified sale units, applying fluorescent "Sold as Set — Do Not Separate" stickers to eliminate inventory disintegration in Amazon bins.
Amazon Carton Strict Limits & Origin Checkpoints
Audit benchmarks strictly enforced before cargo leaves Chinese ports.
| Inspection Item | Amazon Standard Limit | CN Linfon Origin Warehouse Gate |
|---|---|---|
| Max Carton Weight | 50 lbs (22.6 kg) max per carton | Digital scale verification; repacked if weight exceeds 22.5 kg to avoid severe FC fines. |
| Carton Dimensions | Max 25 inches (63.5 cm) on any side | Laser dimensional measurement to ensure cartons do not trigger oversize penalties. |
| Carton FBA Labels | FBA box ID & carrier label flat | Thermal printing on waterproof labels, positioned cleanly away from box seams and tape. |
| Box Structural Integrity | 5-ply rigid corrugated box (ECT-32) | Strict check for creasing, moisture, or punctures; free re-boxing if transit damage found. |
